How to Use This Solderless Neon Flex Connector
- Ensure your power supply is disconnected before starting.
- Make a clean, straight cut on your single color LED neon flex at a designated cut mark.
- Carefully align the two prongs of the quick copper pin connector with the two corresponding copper solder pads on the LED strip inside the neon flex.
- Firmly press the connector onto the end of the neon flex. The sharp pins will pierce the flexible PCB to make a solid electrical contact.
- Connect the DC female jack to the male barrel plug from your DC12V power supply or DC24V power supply.
- Reconnect power to test the connection. If the strip does not light up, disconnect power and check the polarity and pin alignment.
- This is a led connector 2 pin designed exclusively for single color (2-conductor) LED strips. It is NOT compatible with 3-pin CCT, 4-pin RGB, or other multi-channel strips.
- Always verify that the voltage of your power supply (12V or 24V) matches the required voltage of your LED neon flex.
- This connector is not waterproof and should only be used in dry, indoor locations. For outdoor applications, use appropriate IP-rated connectors and sealing methods.
- Ensure a secure connection. A loose connection can cause flickering or failure to light.
