How to Use This Connector Cable
- Ensure the power to your LED lighting system is completely turned off before making any connections.
- Identify the male and female ends of the connector cable and the corresponding connectors on your LED strips or controller.
- Align the keying notch and pins on the male connector with the slots on the female connector to ensure correct polarity.
- Firmly push the connectors together until they are fully seated to create a secure electrical contact.
- For waterproof models with a screw-on collar, tighten the collar by hand to complete the water-resistant seal. Do not over-tighten.
- This is a 6-pin connector specifically for RGBCCT LED strips. Do not attempt to use it with 2-pin, 4-pin, or 5-pin strips.
- Always use a compatible LED power supply with the correct voltage and sufficient wattage for your total strip length.
- While the connectors are waterproof, ensure all other components and any cut ends of the LED strip are also properly waterproofed for outdoor use.
