Product Information

Achieve dynamic and white lighting with this 24V RGBW LED strip light. This LED strip integrates 4-in-1 SMD 5050 LEDs, combining vibrant RGB color-changing capabilities with a 3000K/4000K/6500K white channel on a single chip. With a dense layout of 84 LEDs per meter, it produces a smooth, continuous line of light with minimal spotting. A key feature is its extra-wide 16mm PCB, which provides superior heat dissipation for enhanced stability and a longer lifespan.

This product is sold as a single 5-meter (16.4ft) roll, perfect for large-scale architectural and decorative projects. Pair it with a compatible RGBW LED controller and a reliable 24V MeanWell power supply for precise control over your lighting environment.

Key Features

4-in-1 RGBW LED Chip

Combines red, green, blue, and a dedicated white diode in a single SMD 5050 package for superior color mixing and pure white light.

High-Density Illumination

Features 84 LEDs per meter, ensuring a bright and uniform light output with reduced 'dot' effect, ideal for direct-view applications.

Enhanced Thermal Management

Built on an extra-wide 16mm PCB that improves heat dissipation than the 12mm version.

24V Constant Voltage Design

Operates on DC 24V, allowing for longer maximum run lengths with less voltage drop and consistent brightness compared to 12V alternatives.

Precision Cutting

Flexible design can be cut every 7 LEDs (approximately 83.33mm) along marked lines, allowing for precise customization to fit your project's needs.

Easy Installation

Equipped with self-adhesive backing for a secure, peel-and-stick installation on clean, dry surfaces.

Retail and Hospitality Ambiance Set the perfect mood in bars, restaurants, and retail displays. Use the RGB channels to match branding or promotional themes, and switch to the high-CRI 3000K white light to accurately render product colors and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Advanced Under-Cabinet Lighting Upgrade kitchen lighting with a versatile solution. The dedicated warm white channel offers excellent task lighting for food preparation, while the RGB capabilities provide colorful accent lighting for entertaining or setting a different mood.

How to Install & Use This LED Strip

  1. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol for best adhesion.
  2. Measure the required length and carefully cut the LED strip at the designated copper cut marks.
  3. Connect the 5-wire end of the strip to a compatible RGBW controller. Ensure the 24V+, R, G, B, and W wires are correctly aligned.
  4. Connect the controller to a 24V DC power supply with sufficient wattage (at least 20% higher than the strip's total power draw).
  5. Temporarily power on the system to test the strip, controller, and connections before final installation.
  6. Peel the protective backing from the 3M adhesive tape and firmly press the strip onto the prepared surface.

⚠ Precautions

  • Do not exceed the maximum run length in a single series to avoid voltage drop, which can cause dimming at the far end.
  • Ensure the power supply wattage is at least 20% greater than the total wattage of the connected LED strip to prevent overheating.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What power supply do I need for a full 5m roll?

A:A full 5-meter roll consumes 134.4W (5m x 26.88W/m). We recommend a 24V DC power supply with at least 165W to provide a 20% safety margin. A 24V 180W or 200W power supply would be an excellent choice.

Q: What is the benefit of the 16mm wide PCB?

A:The wider 16mm PCB provides more surface area for heat to dissipate away from the LED chips. This improved thermal management helps the LEDs run cooler, leading to a more stable performance, consistent color, and a longer overall lifespan.

LED Strip Light Guide

Common questions about this type of product, answered against this model’s own options. For full figures see the specification above or the spec sheet for this model.

Which controller does it need?
Colour-changing LED strip lights need a controller with one output per colour channel — for this model that is a 5-pin RGBW controller at the same voltage. Choosing a controller
Which waterproof rating should I choose?
Available on this model: Outdoor Silicone Tube IP67 - Adhesive Back · Non-Waterproof IP20 - Adhesive Back. IP20 is for dry indoor use, IP65 handles splashes, IP67 suits outdoor and wet areas, IP68 is for continuous submersion. Choosing a waterproof rating
Can I cut it to length?
Yes. Cut only on the marked cut lines between the copper pads — the cut interval for this model is on its spec sheet. Rejoin with solder or a solderless connector. Cutting LED strip lights · we can also cut to length and fit your connector before shipping: custom LED strip light assembly.
What size power supply do I need?
Take the watts per metre from the specification above, multiply by the length you are running, then add about 25% headroom. Power calculation guide · Choosing a power supply
