Installation Guide
- ⚠ DANGER: Ensure power to the high voltage lighting circuit is completely disconnected at the breaker before starting.
- Perform a clean, straight cut on the round LED neon flex at a designated cutting mark.
- Select the end cap that precisely matches the diameter of your neon flex.
- Choose your cap type: 'No Hole' for terminating the end of a run, or 'With Hole' if you are connecting power wires at the end.
- Apply a generous bead of waterproof silicone adhesive inside the end cap and around the cut end of the neon flex.
- Firmly push the end cap onto the neon flex until it is fully seated. A small amount of sealant should squeeze out, indicating a good seal.
- Wipe away any excess sealant and allow it to cure completely according to the adhesive manufacturer's instructions before restoring power.
- This product is designed for use with high voltage AC systems only. Do not use with low voltage DC strips.
- The use of a suitable waterproof sealant (silicone adhesive) is mandatory to achieve a waterproof seal.
- Always double-check that the diameter of the cap matches your neon strip for a proper fit.
