- Select Location: Plan the placement of your light point and the route for the fiber optic cable (sold separately).
- Disconnect Power: For safety, turn off the vehicle's ignition and disconnect the car battery's negative terminal.
- Connect to Power: Identify a suitable DC12V source (e.g., accessory wire, fuse tap). Securely connect the illuminator's red wire to positive (+) and black wire to negative (-).
- Insert Fiber Cable: Firmly insert the end of your fiber optic cable into the illuminator's head, ensuring it is seated properly for maximum light transmission.
- Mount Illuminator: Secure the aluminum illuminator body in a dry, hidden location where it has some air circulation. Use zip ties or adhesive.
