How to Install & Use This LED Strip

  1. Plan your layout and measure the required lengths of the LED strip.
  2. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils. Use an isopropyl alcohol wipe for best results.
  3. Cut the strip only on the designated copper cut lines, typically marked every 50mm.
  4. Use our solderless COB LED strip connectors or solder wires to the copper pads for connections and power input.
  5. Connect the strip to a compatible WS2818F/WS2811 controller and the appropriate 12V power supply or 24V power supply. Always test the lights before final installation.

⚠ Precautions
  • Always use a power supply with at least 20% more wattage capacity than the total required by your strip length. 
  • For runs longer than 5 meters, power must be injected from both ends to prevent voltage drop, especially on the 12V version.
  • For best results and longevity, install the strip in a surface-mount LED strip diffuser to aid in heat dissipation and further enhance the uniform light.
  • Ensure correct polarity (+, DIN1, DIN2, -) before connecting to power. Incorrect wiring can permanently damage the strip.
