How to Install and Use This Mounting Channel
- Step 1: Select the Correct Width. During your order, choose the channel width that matches your LED neon strip's dimensions. For a guaranteed fit, please add a note with your specific neon tube model in step 2 of the checkout page.
- Step 2: Plan Your Layout. Measure and mark the intended path for your lighting installation.
- Step 3: Secure the Channel. Align the aluminum channel along your marked path and fasten it securely to the surface using screws through the pre-drilled mounting holes.
- Step 4: Install the Neon Strip. Firmly press your LED neon tubing into the secured channel. The channel is designed to grip the neon strip for a stable fit.
- This is a rigid channel and cannot be bent. For curved installations, please see our flexible mounting options.
- Ensure you provide the model number of your neon strip for us to match the channel correctly.
- If you require more than the default 2 mounting holes per meter, please specify this in your order notes or Contact Us.
