How to Install & Use This LED Strip
- Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils.
- Measure and cut the strip light at the designated copper cut marks.
- Connect the strip to a suitable 24V DC power supply. For brightness control, wire an optional dimmer between the power supply and the strip.
- For IP20/IP65 versions, peel the 3M adhesive backing and firmly press the strip onto the surface.
- For IP67/IP68 versions, use the provided mounting brackets to secure the strip in place.
- This is a low-voltage DC24V strip. Do NOT connect it directly to AC 120V or 220V power.
- For optimal performance and lifespan, we highly recommend mounting the strip in an aluminum channel to provide adequate heat sinking.
- For runs longer than 5 meters (16.4ft), power must be injected from both ends to avoid voltage drop and ensure consistent brightness.
- Do not bend the strip at sharp angles, as this can damage the circuitry.
