How to Install & Use This LED Strip
- Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils.
- Measure and cut the strip at the designated copper cut marks to your desired length.
- Connect the strip to a compatible DC 24V power supply. For brightness control, wire a single color dimmer between the power supply and the strip.
- Peel the protective backing from the adhesive tape (for IP20/IP68 versions) and firmly press the strip into place. For IP67, use the included mounting brackets.
- Connect the power supply to your main power source to light up the strip.
- This is a high-power strip (105W per 5m roll). You MUST use a DC 24V power supply rated for at least 125W (105W + 20% buffer) to prevent overload.
- Due to the 21W/m heat output, it is highly recommended to install this strip in an aluminum channel to provide adequate heat dissipation. Failure to do so may reduce the lifespan of the LEDs.
- Ensure the waterproof rating selected (IP20, IP67, or IP68) is appropriate for your installation environment.
