How to Order Your Custom-Fit End Caps
- Select your desired hole configuration and add this product to your cart.
- During checkout, locate the 'Order Notes' or 'Special Instructions' field.
- In the notes, clearly state the model number of your SuperLightingLED neon tube (e.g., 'For neon model 1020').
- If you have purchased the corresponding neon from us before, you can provide the previous order number instead.
- If you are ordering neon flex in the same cart, we will automatically match these caps to the neon in your order by default.
- If you need to provide details after ordering, please Contact Us immediately with your new order number and the required information.
- Each pack contains two (2) end caps.
- The 'With Hole + With Hole' pack contains two caps with pre-made holes for wiring.
- The 'No Hole + No Hole' pack contains two solid caps for terminating the non-powered end of a strip.
- The 'Half With Hole + Half No Hole' pack contains one of each type, ideal for a single strip run.
- Perforated end caps feature a straight-through wire exit by default. If you require a side-exit design (available on select models), you must specify this in your order notes.
