Application Scenarios
How to Install an LED Strip in This Neon Tube
- Select a compatible IP20 LED strip with a maximum width of 10mm.
- Securely tie the included pull-string to the end of your LED strip.
- Gently pull the string from the opposite end of the silicone tube to guide the LED strip smoothly inside. Avoid forcing or bunching the strip.
- For a weatherproof seal, apply silicone sealant to the end caps and press them firmly onto both ends of the tube.
- Mount the finished neon flex assembly using mounting clips spaced appropriately to support the tube's weight and shape.
- If you purchase both our LED strips and neon tubes, we offer a free neon light assembly service—simply leave a note in the comments section. For large quantities involving very short lengths of lighting, we will charge a customization fee.
- This product is a diffuser tube only; LED strip, power supply, controller, and end caps are sold separately.
- Only use non-waterproof (IP20) LED strips. Waterproof strips with silicone coatings are too thick to fit.
- Properly sealing the end caps with silicone adhesive is critical to achieving a high IP rating for outdoor use.
- Do not bend the tube tighter than its specified minimum bend radius to avoid damaging the tube and the internal LED strip.
- Power consumption and voltage drop are determined by the LED strip you install. Follow the strip's guidelines for maximum run length.
