How to Use This COB Strip to DC Connector
- Step 1: Ensure your power supply is completely disconnected from the power outlet.
- Step 2: Select the connector size (5mm, 8mm, or 10mm) that precisely matches the PCB width of your single color COB LED strip.
- Step 4: Slide the end of the COB LED strip into the connector channel. Make sure the positive (+) and negative (-) contact points on the strip align with the metal pins inside the connector.
- Step 5: Firmly press the transparent clamp down until it clicks securely into place. This action pierces the strip's contacts to create the electrical connection.
- Step 6: Plug the male DC barrel jack from your power adapter into the female DC plug on the connector.
- Step 7: Reconnect your power supply to the outlet to test the light strip.
- This connector is designed exclusively for 2-pin single color COB LED strips. It is not compatible with RGB, CCT, or standard SMD strips.
- Always double-check that the polarity (+/-) on the strip matches the markings on the connector before closing the clamp.
