Application Scenarios
How to Install & Use This Fiber Optic Illuminator
- Select a dry, protected location for the illuminator that allows for adequate ventilation.
- Connect the power wires to a stable DC 12V power source, such as your vehicle's battery or a dedicated power adapter.
- Unscrew the head cover(s) and insert your side glow fiber optic cable(s). Each head can hold a fiber bundle up to 6mm in total diameter.
- Gently tighten the head cover(s) to secure the fiber optic cable in place. Do not overtighten.
- Power on the unit. Pull the plastic tab from the battery compartment of the remote control.
- Use the 24-key RF remote to select your desired colors, modes, and brightness levels.
- This product is the light source illuminator only. You must purchase fiber optic cables separately.
- The remote control requires one CR2025 button cell battery, which is not included due to shipping regulations.
- Ensure your DC 12V power supply is regulated and can support the 2W power draw.
