How to Install & Use This Rotary Dimmer
- Mounting: Securely install the K1 dimmer into a standard 86-style electrical wall box.
- Power Input: Connect your DC 12V or 24V DC power supply to the 'Input' terminals. Ensure correct polarity (+ to +, - to -).
- LED Output: Connect the negative wire (-) of your single color LED strip to one of the 'Output CH1/2/3' terminals and the positive wire (+) to the common 'V+' output terminal. You can connect up to three separate strips.
- Operation: Power on the system. Turn the rotary knob to adjust brightness from 1% to 100%. The digital display will show the current setting.
- PWM Frequency Selection: Long press to change the output PWM frequency if needed for flicker-sensitive applications like video recording.
- Always use a power supply that matches the voltage of your LED strips (12V or 24V).
- Do not exceed the maximum load of 4A per channel or 12A total for the controller.
- Ensure all wiring connections are secure and insulated before applying power.
- This controller is for use with single-color, constant voltage LED products only.
