Application Scenarios
How to Use This Silicone LED Diffuser
- Select a compatible LED strip (max 10mm width). Note that the LED strip is sold separately.
- Cut both the silicone diffuser and LED strip to your desired length using sharp scissors or a blade.
- Securely tie a thin, strong guide string to the end of your LED strip.
- Feed the guide string through the entire length of the silicone diffuser.
- Gently and evenly pull the LED strip through the channel using the guide string.
- Solder wires to the LED strip connection points as required.
- Apply silicone adhesive to the end caps and press them firmly onto both ends of the tube to create an IP67 waterproof seal.
- Mount the finished neon light using your chosen method: mounting clips for direct surface fixing, aluminum channel for straight runs, or flexible profiles for complex curves.
