Application Scenarios
How to Use This Connector
- Confirm your LED strip is a non-waterproof (IP20) 4-pin type with the correct PCB width (8mm or 10mm).
- Carefully slide the end of the LED strip into the connector, making sure the four copper pads on the strip align perfectly with the four metal pins inside.
- Take a pair of pliers and apply firm, even pressure to the metal pin assembly. You will feel the pins push through and pierce the flexible PCB.
- Repeat the process for the second LED strip segment on the other side of the connector.
- Once both sides are crimped, gently tug on the strips to confirm the connection is secure before reconnecting to power.
- This connector is designed for a single, permanent use. It is not reusable.
- Ensure correct polarity (+, G, R, B) is aligned before crimping the connection.
- For use with IP20 bare PCB strips only. The pins cannot penetrate silicone, epoxy, or other waterproof coatings.
- Always disconnect power from your LED strips before installation.
