Application Scenarios
How to Use This Connector
- Open the transparent cover of the connector.
- Verify your LED light strip is 10mm wide and has 4 clean copper contact pads.
- Slide the end of the LED strip into the connector. Ensure the strip is pushed all the way in until it hits the backstop, with the copper pads positioned directly above the internal metal pins.
- Firmly snap the transparent cover closed. You may use pliers for extra leverage to ensure it is fully seated and locked on both sides. The pins will pierce the strip, creating a secure connection.
- Ensure the polarity markings on both LED strips align (+ to +, G to G, etc.) before connecting.
- This connector is designed for strip-to-strip (PCB-to-PCB) connections only.
- Confirm the cover is fully and evenly clamped down to guarantee a stable electrical connection.
- For IP65 strips, the connector pierces the silicone; no removal is necessary. For full water resistance, you can apply silicone sealant around the connector after installation.
