- 1. Wire the R9 Decoder: Connect your DC12V-24V power supply to the V+/V- power input terminals. Connect your RGB/RGBW LED strip to the corresponding R, G, B, W, and V+ output terminals.
- 2. Set the DMX Address: Use the buttons on the R9 decoder's digital display to set its starting DMX address. For a single RGBW fixture, this is typically address 001.
- 3. Connect the DMX Signal: Use a standard DMX cable (XLR-3 or RJ45) to connect the DMX output port of the XC Master Controller to the DMX input port of the R9 Decoder.
- 4. Power On and Control: Power on the XC Master and the main power supply for the decoder and LED strip. Use the interface on the XC Master to select static colors, run dynamic modes, and adjust brightness. The connected LED strip will respond instantly.
