Ideal Applications
How to Install & Use This Downlight
- IMPORTANT: Ensure the main power is switched off at the circuit breaker before starting installation.
- Prepare the ceiling by cutting a hole of the appropriate diameter for the FUT070 model. Please refer to the datasheet in the Downloads section for precise dimensions.
- Connect the AC line and neutral wires from your ceiling to the corresponding input terminals on the downlight's driver.
- Gently push the spring-loaded clips on the sides of the downlight upwards and guide the fixture into the ceiling cutout. The clips will spring back to hold the light securely in place.
- Restore power. To pair the light with a controller, press the desired Zone 'ON' button on your MiBoxer remote control one time within 3 seconds of turning the light on. The light will blink 3 times to indicate successful pairing.
- You can now control the downlight's color, brightness, and CCT using the remote. For smartphone app and voice commands, pair the light with a MiBoxer 2.4GHz Gateway.
- Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician.
- This downlight is designed for indoor use. Do not install in wet or damp locations.
- Ensure sufficient airflow around the fixture in the ceiling for proper heat dissipation.
- This light is dimmed wirelessly via RF signal; it is not compatible with traditional TRIAC wall dimmers.
- The 2.4GHz RF signal is a common frequency; ensure the controller is not placed inside a metal enclosure which could block the signal.
