Application Scenarios
How to Use This Connector
- Ensure the power to your LED strip is turned off before starting.
- Cut your LED strip cleanly along the designated copper cut line.
- Open the white hinged cover of the connector.
- Carefully slide the end of the LED strip into the connector. Ensure the three copper solder pads on the strip align perfectly and rest directly underneath the three metal pins inside the connector.
- Firmly snap the cover closed. You should hear and feel it click securely into place.
- Repeat the process for the second LED strip on the other side of the connector.
- Gently tug on both LED strips to confirm a solid connection has been made before restoring power.
- For waterproof LED strips, you must first carefully peel back the silicone coating to expose the bare copper solder pads before insertion.
- This connector is designed for non-waterproof (IP20) applications and should not be exposed to moisture.
- Do not pull on the wires or strips with excessive force after connection.
- Not recommended for very high-density strips (e.g., 144 LEDs/m) as the compact spacing of solder pads may not align perfectly with the pins.
