Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which receivers is this remote compatible with?
A:This remote is specifically designed to work with Ltech F4-3A, F4-5A, and F4-CC wireless receivers. It is not compatible with other series or brands.
Q: My led remote control is not working. What should I check?
A:First, check that the CR2032 battery is fresh and installed correctly. Second, try re-pairing the remote to its receiver. Finally, ensure you are within the 20m range and that there are no significant radio frequency interferences.
Q: Can I control multiple lighting zones independently with one F4 remote?
A:The F4 is a single-zone remote. While you can pair it with multiple receivers, they will all respond to commands simultaneously as one zone. For multi-zone control, you would need a different remote and receiver system.
Q: What type of battery does the F4 remote use?
A:It uses a standard CR2032 3V lithium coin battery, which is widely available.
Q: Does this remote work with any RGBW LED strip?
A:Yes, it can control any standard common-anode RGBW LED strip as long as the strip is connected to a compatible Ltech F4-series receiver.
